In a hallway, a friend told me wearing the colour green makes people appear more trustworthy.

At my fingertips bits of green become invisible alpha channels. I can change what is underneath the surface. It’s like losing your horizon-line deep within the monitor while your life expands into both directions on the horizontal plane.

Street markings and concrete and sometimes foliage underfoot and more often it is just the polyester
black seat-cushioned
office chair.

One swivels.

The other glows even in bright daylight.

I live through and around it
but space seems both
less open and multiplied in layers – I don’t remember this feeling of enclosure.
